Cryptic Fate 's 3rd studio album was titled 'Danob' . It was released in 2006 as a much anticipated follow-up to their 2002 release ' Sreshtho' (which was actually recorded back in 1997, hence the mentioning of the "nine-year" gap in the first paragraph of the sleeves) . This album was written and recorded over a span of 2 years from 2004-2006 and released from G-Series in . Danob is considered a pinnacle in the band's history as it cemented the signature sound and matured lyrical and musical styles of Cryptic Fate. It also contained a 20-page full-color booklet with original artwork by Mrinal Kanti Das (Biplob) for lyrics of each of the songs as well as the cover art.
