Bangla CD Covers

In 1990, the whole heavy metal music scene was completely revolutionized by the release of the first proper heavy metal band mixed album 'Hooray!'. At that time it was available as Cassettes and was very tough to get a hold of. Later however, CDs were made. This album deserves a huge credit because it upheld the then heavy metal scene in Bangladesh. Legendary bands like In Dhaka, RockStrata, Warfaze, Winning, Faith, Ark etc as well as the Pop Guru himself, Azam Khan made their appearances. It's still regarded as a pinnacle among the faithfuls of Bangla Music scene. [click on the images to view larger sizes] Track List 01. Rockstrata is the pioneer of the heavy metal scene in Bangladesh. Although they intially went into hiatus after the release of their debut self-titled album, they have announced on their official facebook page that a 2nd album is to be released in 2013. This record however, as it was released in 1990, doesn't really have the sophistication of modern studio equipment. But the songs are definitely good enough. It's good to see old band's like this still working hard. [click on the images to view larger sizes] Track list 01. Rokte Bheja Mati 02. Artonad 03. Nirbashon 04. Nuclear Sadhinota 05.
