I'm an avid Bangla music album collector in this hobby since 2012. Having grown up in the "Underground" era of Bangla band music, I took the initiative to archive and upload album artworks. Till now, I've been recognised and acknowledged by various artists, bands, streaming and label companies for my work on Bangla CD Covers. There's a high chance most artwork you see floating around the internet are scanned by me!

Nishshobdo Kolahol by In Dhaka

"Nishshobdo Kolahol" is the debut and only album of pioneer heavy metal band of Bangladesh, In Dhaka . They were part of the four pioneer heavy metal bands including Rockstrata , Warfaze and Aces . The album was first released in 1992 from Sargam on cassette tape. It included 10 tracks with 2 instrumentals. Later in the '90s, Sargam released the CD Jewel Case version of the album, with a different front artwork and track list. That CD version (Sargam CD-036), known informally as the "Special Edition" , includes the 10 original tracks as well as 6 other unreleased studio tracks by the band, omitting the two instrumental tracks. Later in 2008, Sargam re-released the album (Sargam SACD-506) with the original cassette artwork and tracklist (10 tracks and 2 instrumentals) with a "silver" disc. The recording sessions of Nishshobdo Kolahol took place a few weeks before Rockstrata's debut album and and a few months before Warfaze's debut album (betw...

Elephant Road by Elephant Road

"Elephant Road" is the self-titled debut album of Bangladeshi-American band, Elephant Road . They were a rock and metal band from Minnesota, USA. The band members come from the old-school Bangladeshi rock music scene and are coincidentally part of legendary bands like RockStrata, In Dhaka, Aces and Warfaze. This album was brought to life when they had to leave the country for higher education and personal reasons. It was released in the USA under NineVoltStudio, and domestically under the label of G-Series in 2004. Artwork The domestic release has a very off-axis printing quality of the booklet and its very difficult to read. The american release on the other hand, is crisp and contains different artwork components. Accessing the bands website remains futile at the time of writing, but much can be read from the feature in The Watson Brothers ' website in the link here: http://www.thewatsonbrothers.com/elephantroad/index.html In case the website ever goes down, ...

Hooray! [Band Mixed Album]

In 1990, the whole heavy metal music scene was completely revolutionized by the release of the first proper heavy metal band mixed album 'Hooray!'. At that time it was available as Cassettes and was very tough to get a hold of. Later however, CDs were made. This album deserves a huge credit because it upheld the then heavy metal scene in Bangladesh. Legendary bands like In Dhaka, RockStrata, Warfaze, Winning, Faith, Ark etc as well as the Pop Guru himself, Azam Khan made their appearances. It's still regarded as a pinnacle among the faithfuls of Bangla Music scene. [click on the images to view larger sizes] Track List 01.
