I'm an avid Bangla music album collector in this hobby since 2012. Having grown up in the "Underground" era of Bangla band music, I took the initiative to archive and upload album artworks. Till now, I've been recognised and acknowledged by various artists, bands, streaming and label companies for my work on Bangla CD Covers. There's a high chance most artwork you see floating around the internet are scanned by me!

Nishshobdo Kolahol by In Dhaka

"Nishshobdo Kolahol" is the debut and only album of pioneer heavy metal band of Bangladesh, In Dhaka. They were part of the four pioneer heavy metal bands including Rockstrata, Warfaze and Aces. The album was first released in 1992 from Sargam on cassette tape. It included 10 tracks with 2 instrumentals. Later in the '90s, Sargam released the CD Jewel Case version of the album, with a different front artwork and track list. That CD version (Sargam CD-036), known informally as the "Special Edition", includes the 10 original tracks as well as 6 other unreleased studio tracks by the band, omitting the two instrumental tracks. Later in 2008, Sargam re-released the album (Sargam SACD-506) with the original cassette artwork and tracklist (10 tracks and 2 instrumentals) with a "silver" disc. The recording sessions of Nishshobdo Kolahol took place a few weeks before Rockstrata's debut album and and a few months before Warfaze's debut album (between 1990-1991). However, due to delays and the band's internal problems, the album saw the light in 1992. Warfaze and Rockstrata though, managed to put out their debut albums at the end of 1991. In the album sleeves, special thanks were conveyed to Warfaze's Tipu, Babna and Russell Ali.

Obak Bhalobasha by Warfaze

"Obak Bhalobasha" is the sophomore album of pioneer heavy metal band Warfaze . It was released in 1994 from Sargam originally on Cassette and later on CD Formats with full custom cover artwork by  Masud Kamal , which was conceptualized by the band with Munna . It also debuted the band's official logo, which is still used today, made by Mascot Monem . The album was re-released in 2008 by Sargam with a different front cover that featured the original artwork in a cutout fashion. Following in the footsteps of the debut album, the band focused more on their sound and delivered matured lyrics and compositions. After the release of the debut album, the band followed it up with a concert on 7 January, 1992 at the RAOWA club. Soon aferwards, the band got to work on the songs for Obak Bhalobasha which had massive hits like, "Onno Bhubon (Ekti Chhele Kromosho)", "Obak Bhalobasha", "Jokhon", "Bondi Niyoti", "Nirbashon" etc. The l

A Few Words

Welcome to Bangla CD Covers. I'm on a quest to collect Artwork of CDs that are no longer in print. Here is a table to let you know what I already have here - * Coloured fields are the things I currently don't have, mainly because those are paperbacks and not the usual Jewel Case version that are known to exist and I haven't come across yet. * N/A depicts 'Not Applicable', meaning they haven't been made even in Jewel Case versions. NOTE - If you have the things in the coloured fields please help me out in completing my goal. Paper Rhyme by Paper Rhyme

"Paper Rhyme" is the debut self-titled album by popular Bangladeshi '90s pop-rock band Paper Rhyme . It was released in 1996 from Soundtek in cassette format. Nearing the millennium, it received a CD release on "Silver Disc". Paper Rhyme was a band that formed in 1992, with the lineup of: Ahmed Saad , Nasser Haque , Rashed Iqbal , Aninda Kabir Avik and Schumann Zaman . Rashed and Nasser were part of popular pop-rock trio "Masrur-Rashed-Nasser" , with two albums called Lesson-1 and Lesson-2 . The band produced only one album and then "disappeared" as they like to say it after '96, but actually the band members went their different ways in life. They were in hiatus until in 2017, when they reunited (with the absence of Rashed Iqbal) for one last studio performance in a '90s bands compilation album called "Abar" , with the song, "Darao Bondhu" . Paper Rhyme's biggest hit to this day is the song called "On
