"Shironamhin" is the self-titled, fifth studio album by the psychedelic rock band, Shironamhin . It was released on 19 July, 2013 from Siren, a sister concern of the Incursion record label. This time around, from Siren, Shironamhin made a unique "Collectors' Edition" of this album with a 30 page booklet that contained an HD Audio CD and back stories, chords, lyrics to each and every song. The album was alter re-released from Laser Vision as a normal paperback release. Digital distribution was handled by Qinetic Music. The Collector's Edition could also be bought from Rokomari.com. The band, being 17 years in the music industry, felt they were mature enough to publish a new album using their own name. "Jahaji" is the debut album of famous independent band of Bangladesh, Shironamhin . It was initially released on November 1, 2004 from Rabbit Communications, following a reproduction and re-release from G-Series in 2005, after the band landed a record deal with the latter. According to the band, Jahaji is based around the struggles of living in an urban setting as stated in the title track. The band also portrayed the daily life of a young middle-class career seeking "sailor" or "Jahaji". Highly incorporating metaphors to convey messages regarding the urban lifestyles is what set apart Shironamhin and the band became quite a force to be reckoned with in the Bangladeshi band music scene. "Rabindranath" is the 4th studio album by Shironamhin dedicated solely to Rabindranath Tagore and Rabindra Sangeet. It was released by Laser Vision in 2010. Although there are influences of Rock music, Shironamhin used various classical instruments to make their own renditions of 9 songs by Tagore. The band's vocalist Tuhin is actually an academically trained Rabindra Sangeet singer. The band believes that Rabindranath Tagore was a cultural institute for them. According to Zia, the band's bassist, this album was an attempt to popularize and familiarize Rabindra Sangeet to its younger fanbase. 39 acoustic instruments were played for the composition which the band had to arrange from all over the globe. For this album they used the rainmaker from Brazil, Darbuka from Egypt, Irish tin whistle and a Bodhran from Scotland. "Bondho Janala" is the third studio album by Shironamhin . Released on April 13 of 2009 from G-Series, the album was paramount in making the band be deemed as a psychedelic rock band. This was a challenging step direction for the band, but they were successful in mastering the lyrics, as well as incorporate and explore many classical acoustic instruments that included esraj, silver flute, trumpet as the album was enriched with vivid orchestration - something that was unique to Shironamhin at the time of release. Accompanying the "Urban Life" influence in the lyrics were various historical events or movements including the 1952 State Language Movement. "Ichchhe Ghuri" is the sophomore album of popular band of Bangladesh, Shironamhin . It was released on May 1, 2006 from G-Series, which had also re-released the bands debut album. As for the album, it has some experimental sounds, comapared to "Jahaji". The theme on this album was "Urban Crisis", touching upon Jahaji's approach. The purpose of this album was to familiarize the listeners into their signature sound as well as understand the lyrical messages and draw the images or characters with their own fantasy. This album introduced the listeners to great hits like, "Pakhi", "Cafeteria", "Shodesh", "Ichchhe Ghuri" etc. Banglalink, an emerging telecom at that time, sponsored the album for its intial release in 2006.
