I'm an avid Bangla music album collector in this hobby since 2012. Having grown up in the "Underground" era of Bangla band music, I took the initiative to archive and upload album artworks. Till now, I've been recognised and acknowledged by various artists, bands, streaming and label companies for my work on Bangla CD Covers. There's a high chance most artwork you see floating around the internet are scanned by me!

Shironamhin by Shironamhin

"Shironamhin" is the self-titled, fifth studio album by the psychedelic rock band, Shironamhin. It was released on 19 July, 2013 from Siren, a sister concern of the Incursion record label. This time around, from Siren, Shironamhin made a unique "Collectors' Edition" of this album with a 30 page booklet that contained an HD Audio CD and back stories, chords, lyrics to each and every song. The album was alter re-released from Laser Vision as a normal paperback release. Digital distribution was handled by Qinetic Music. The Collector's Edition could also be bought from Rokomari.com. The band, being 17 years in the music industry, felt they were mature enough to publish a new album using their own name. Of the 25 songs written, 10 were picked to be finalized for this fifth release. Shironamhin incorporated confession, demand, rage, hope & anticipation in their self-titled album to invite "a new light through old windows". From a standpoint, this album is more specific on topic, searching the positive sides of a negative living. Musically however, the band pushed the boundaries and used western classic orchestration based on violin, cello and contrabass complimented with rock guitar, bass & drums. In true to it's fashion, the album expresses their unique style of urban living with even more matured lyrical expressions. The band also recalls all the members & persons who worked for then once and forever, expressed their gratitude to those who carried then this long in 17 years and dedicated their songs to the listeners. The album cemented Shironamhin's legacy as one of the pioneers of the psychedelic rock genre in the Bangladeshi music scene. Merchandising of the band was also given a huge priority with the production and sale of Caps, T-Shirt, Mugs based on the artwork of this self-titled album.

Prior to the release of this album, Shironamhin produced 4 vlogs, titled "Untitled as Always" for the promotion of the album as well as the Collectors' Edition. They are available on the official YouTube channel of Shironamhin here:

Paper Rhyme by Paper Rhyme

"Paper Rhyme" is the debut self-titled album by popular Bangladeshi '90s pop-rock band Paper Rhyme . It was released in 1996 from Soundtek in cassette format. Nearing the millennium, it received a CD release on "Silver Disc". Paper Rhyme was a band that formed in 1992, with the lineup of: Ahmed Saad , Nasser Haque , Rashed Iqbal , Aninda Kabir Avik and Schumann Zaman . Rashed and Nasser were part of popular pop-rock trio "Masrur-Rashed-Nasser" , with two albums called Lesson-1 and Lesson-2 . The band produced only one album and then "disappeared" as they like to say it after '96, but actually the band members went their different ways in life. They were in hiatus until in 2017, when they reunited (with the absence of Rashed Iqbal) for one last studio performance in a '90s bands compilation album called "Abar" , with the song, "Darao Bondhu" . Paper Rhyme's biggest hit to this day is the song called "On
